The aim of the national collaboration workshop is to bring together representatives from local and national government, CSOs, private sector and other institutions to build commitment to work together to institutionalise CBDRM effectively. By the end of the workshop, India should have political commitments from national actors to institutionalise sustainable CBDRM. Ideally, these commitments will go beyond simply DRR to cover enhancing local resilience in general.
